We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.
Please click the link below to download the remote software tool (Team Viewer).
After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

Very quick and efficient service, there is no problem these guys can't fix. Dealing with them is always very pleasant and proffesional, especially Mr. Miller comes off as a man of his proffesion. If you need a custom build gaming rig ask for him, because this guy can perform miracles for reasonable prices!

If you are non techy but think you can save tiime and money by sorting glitches yourself, just STOP IT! I have had an email issue on my laptop for nearly 3 weeks and have tried to sort it myself at least 4 times by following official Outlook tutorials. Finally I took it into Colchester IT and Jack fixed it in less than a minute and didn't make me feel stupid for going in. All the guys are so knowledgeable and will explain things in a clear way, and will clarify things if you don't understand! We have been buying laptops and getting service support for years. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, super helpful and when I have computer issues I visit here often! Had a full custom gaming PC built here for myself they did a great job it's neat and tidy and over all amazing, the people working here are a charm!
