We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.
Please click the link below to download the remote software tool (Team Viewer).
After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

Used Colchester IT to install a GDPR friendly customer wifi network and check our wifi to ensure we are getting the most from it. Service was great from start to finish. We will now always you them for any of our IT needs. Thank you!
