We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.

After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

Fantastic service from this locally based company. Went in with a very slow HP computer with a thought in my mind to upgrade it. Was informed that a solid state hardrive, general clean and tidy will fix the problem at a snip of the price. Left the computer with them and was kept updated and rang when ready to collect. Went through the basics with me as also loaded Windows 10 and gave me my old Hardrive back. Pleasant, friendly and happy to help with nothing being to much of a problem. Also added an Avast antivirus at half the normal rrp. When it comes to Computer issues to meet someone face to face and go through the problems is far better than explaining over the phone and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Even dusted the laptop for me upon returning it. Would definitely recommend.

Colchester IT have taken very good care of all my business computers for many years ( Wimpole road dental practice )and have always provided excellent service. Recently, they have sorted out my home computer as well - its so fast now and I am delighted --I thought I needed to buy a new one! Thanks
