We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.
Please click the link below to download the remote software tool (Team Viewer).
After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

Exemplary service from this small team of tech's-have no reservation in recommending them and their very competitive service. Actually, there is no competition, I'll happily make the 40 mile round trip to get my laptop sorted when Mr Gates' software defaults to being uncooperative.

After my Laptop of 7 years finally packed up, i was recommended to Colchester IT by a friend, i popped along to vist them and can only say that their service is 2nd to none, i dealt with Ross for the purchase of a replacement, nothing was to much trouble and he was very helpful, i would highly recommend Colchester IT to anyone that is after 1st class service.
