We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.
Please click the link below to download the remote software tool (Team Viewer).
After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

Hard drive failed on my computer, not only did they diagnose the issue and get back to me in less than 24 hours (despite informing me it was first come first served and they had stuff to do before my laptop) but they also installed the hard drive in impeccable timing and I had the laptop back the following day. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on with my laptop through calls, and they went out of their way to recover the data on the hard drive even though I had already backed it up the really important myself, which I found generous. They gave me the option between a regular larger hard drive or a solid state of the same price. They also agreed to drop the price down if they just installed the hard drive for me and I installed the operating system myself. It was a really fair price for the cost of the hard drive, the recovering of data, and the labour. And the best thing of all is now my laptop is working better than ever. Overall I am very impressed and will definitely be coming back again (if needed).

Very friendly, super helpful and when I have computer issues I visit here often! Had a full custom gaming PC built here for myself they did a great job it's neat and tidy and over all amazing, the people working here are a charm!
