We are now able to offer remote based support, meaning we can troubleshoot your PC or laptop from the comfort of your own home without having to bring it into our repair centre.
Please click the link below to download the remote software tool (Team Viewer).
After starting the program, please enter your name in the box provided, this will create a case on our dashboard, we will then initiate the connection. You will then receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection. Once you have done this leave the rest to us!

most helpfull experts to go to ,if your a computer idiot they treat you with respect with simple explanations got me out of trouble twice if your computer savvy or an idiot like me you will get your problem fixed at a very fair price 5 star service big thank you

Extremely quick and efficient service. Brought my laptop in on Sunday and they had already diagnosed the issue by Monday. They were also welcoming and helpful in person. Very impressed
